This workshop, offered three times a year during common times of reflection, transition and growth (New Year, Spring and Autumn) is open to anyone looking to pause and evaluate their emotions, dream about their future, find solutions and gear up for change. You will use two forms of visualization (the mind map and the vision board) to get your thoughts and feelings out of your head and onto paper. It has been said that where focus goes, energy flows. This is an opportunity to focus on what you want and to visualize it in your life! Join Priscilla as she co-facilitates this free course, and shows examples of her own vision boards she's created and how they actually came true!
